Building and developing a back-office system for handling car loans. A team scaled to the client’s needs (from 10 to 30 people), responsible for business and system analysis, development and testing. As one of the 5 teams participating in the project in the Extended Laboratory model, we are responsible for delivering about 60% of the system.

The initial stage of the project was carried out entirely with our own efforts, in subsequent stages, in accordance with the initial assumptions, the client took over the project. The team was responsible for the technical design of the solution, programming and tests.
