Project description
Our task was to create an application aimed at automation and cost optimization in the area of placing orders and making deliveries for recipients of customer services. The application automated the ordering process and thus reduces operating costs and improves delivery logistics.

2nd and 3rd line of IT support
The aim of the project was to create teams and take over from the client the 2nd and 3rd line of support in the area of handling and resolving IT requests for internal users located in: France, Spain, Germany, Scandinavia, Italy and Great Britain.

Migration to Google Cloud
The project consisted in migrating the client’s tools to the Google Cloud environment. For this purpose, we set up three Scrum teams, whose task was to rewrite the tools from the currently unsupported and hardly scalable technology to Java 11.
